Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, and deploying application components
Set up, configure, and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
Develop and manage Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments and streamline configuration management
Implement GitOps workflows to ensure reliable, version-controlled deployments
Manage virtualized infrastructure for on-premise and hybrid environments
Monitor system performance, resource usage, and ensure high availability of deployed applications
Work with developers and QA engineers to optimize build, release, and deployment cycles
Ensure security, compliance, and scalability of infrastructure within both connected and air-gapped systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in networking, deployment, or runtime environments
Develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning and configuration
Maintain documentation for system architecture, deployment procedures, and operational best practices
Requirements
3–5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Infrastructure Engineer
Strong expertise in Linux-based systems and shell scripting
Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for container orchestration
Good understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, VirtualBox, or KVM)
Strong knowledge of computer networks – TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, routing, and load balancing
Experience implementing GitOps using tools like ArgoCD, Flux, or similar
Experience working in air-gapped or restricted network environments is a strong plus
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar)
Understanding of cloud and on-premise hybrid deployment architectures
