About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide operational excellence within the assigned region
- Drive change management plans and develop strategies to attain operational goals
- Oversee net APBITA across branches and sales and service operations
- Monitor progress against district and region revenue objectives
- Oversee development of General Managers through talent assessment and development
- Manage recruiting efforts and onboarding to ensure appropriate staffing levels
- Oversee relationship with all residential clients
- Resolve clients disputes and handle outstanding claims
- Ensure company programs and initiatives are delivered with excellence across branches
- Follow all established standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Lead and drive organization values through quality of service and teamwork
- Establish tracking forums to assess progress against branch/region revenue objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Management related subject
- 8+ years of field services management experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Alternatively, military ranking of O5
- Business operations experience
- Skill in managing and leading assigned projects - understanding of project management
- Maintains relevant licenses as required by federal, state or local regulations for termite/pest control and any other business unit products and services
- Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, methods, and techniques in the area of specialty.
