Lifestyle Manager providing concierge and travel services for high-net-worth clients. Responding to client requests through various communication channels, ensuring exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
Respond to client requests by phone, email, and chat, adhering to appropriate response times for each channel;
Open service requests, handle follow-ups, and implement resolutions;
Resolve requests directly with clients whenever possible;
Contact external vendors, coordinate and contract services on behalf of clients;
Ensure clients are informed of all terms and conditions of our vendors before executing any transaction;
Provide occasional support to leadership activities as needed;
Support client requests from other Ten Global offices;
Access the Ten Learning training and development platform during working hours to learn or update knowledge;
Fully explore and understand each client's requests and use your concierge expertise to propose options that effectively and appropriately match their needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related fields
Advanced English (conversational)
Experience in customer service
Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (six days on, one day off)
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Experience in travel agencies, concierge services, hospitality, or tourism is desirable
Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
