Responsibilities
- Execute opening and closing duties following designated procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, rules, regulations, and company policies.

- Monitor and manage Quality Control factors, including customer experience, product & service standards, scheduling, and labor cost control based on historical performance and seasonality.

- Handle vehicles with extreme care to ensure customer satisfaction and trust.

- Perform location cleanliness tasks such as sweeping, replenishing supplies, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping work as directed by leadership.
- Facilitate and assess damage claims.

- Support company initiatives, including marketing, promotions, sales, customer service, and talent management efforts.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 2+ years of supervisory experience leading teams
- Ability to transfer to other locations within the designated district
- Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check

- Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility: Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions
