Consultor(a) de Transformação Júnior role at MakeOne focuses on CX methodologies and projects. Responsible for executing assessments and managing stakeholder interactions within the consultancy team.
Responsibilities
Conduct 360° CX assessments, facilitate workshops, create one-pagers, and prepare commercial proposals for sales handover.
Validate interim and final results of projects in execution (hypercare), ensuring contracted KPIs are delivered.
Identify and qualify new upsell/account-farming opportunities within existing accounts.
Maintain dashboards and executive performance reports for the pillar (hours, deliveries, NPS, influenced revenue).
Provide technical mentorship to junior analysts and continuously update CX templates and methodologies.
Participate in weekly and monthly planning meetings with the Consulting Manager.
Engage with stakeholders at various levels (operations, IT, directors/executives) in workshops and presentations.
Maintain high quality in high-pressure environments and when working with incomplete or fragmented data.
Ensure that ≥ 80% of diagnostics result in actual commercial projects.
Adapt CX methodologies for clients across different sectors (telecom, financial, retail, energy).
Requirements
Background in CX (experience with methodologies such as Journey Mapping, Service Blueprint, JTBD, etc.)
Proficiency or familiarity with Miro/FigJam (essential) and Excel (mandatory)
Additional tools with room for development: Power BI/Looker, ClickUp/Asana, and basic knowledge of AI in CX
Clear communication skills for workshops and presentations
Drive to learn quickly, handle pressure, and identify commercial opportunities
