About the role

  • Application Administrator responsible for Workday Systems and finance-focused integrations in a hybrid environment. Requires 3+ years in Workday configuration and APIs with a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Workday Production, Sandbox, and Preview Environments
  • Manage security, roles, access, data privacy, and audits
  • Configure and maintain business processes including general ledger, cost centers, financial reporting, and controls
  • Develop and maintain reporting and analytics
  • Support data loads, validation, and reconciliation
  • Support integrations between Workday and other systems
  • Support Workday troubleshooting, releases, testing, and system upgrades
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday administration experience in Finance; HCM or Procurement experience is a plus.
  • Solid practical knowledge in Workday configuration, security, reporting, and API-based integrations
  • Strong documentation, analytical and communication skills
  • Intermediate SQL experience for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting
