About the role

  • Customer Expert providing exceptional support to French and English-speaking customers in Tbilisi. Handling inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Processing of telephone and written customer inquiries (inbound)
  • Comprehensive advice and clarification of customer queries
  • Maintenance of customer and transaction data

Requirements

  • Proficiency in French at a minimum of B2 level
  • English language proficiency at a minimum of B1 level
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with various customer types
  • Good PC skills, including familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer, along with excellent typing proficiency
  • Creative mindset and a team spirit
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous
