Processing of telephone and written customer inquiries (inbound)
Comprehensive advice and clarification of customer queries
Maintenance of customer and transaction data
Requirements
Proficiency in French at a minimum of B2 level
English language proficiency at a minimum of B1 level
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with various customer types
Good PC skills, including familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer, along with excellent typing proficiency
Creative mindset and a team spirit
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous
