About the role

  • Operations Customer Expert ensuring seamless customer satisfaction for TP. Providing exceptional support in Russian and English for inquiries and issue resolutions.

Responsibilities

  • Processing of telephone and written customer inquiries
  • Comprehensive clarification and troubleshooting of customer queries
  • Maintenance of customer and transaction data

Requirements

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Russian, at a minimum level of C1
  • A minimum proficiency of B2-level in English
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with different customer types
  • Good PC skills - Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with iOS and MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to receive constructive feedback from your supervisor accordingly
  • Readiness to work in shifts, on weekends and public holidays
  • Previous experience in the similar position is a plus
  • Ability to work from office is obligatory.
