Operations Customer Expert ensuring seamless customer satisfaction for TP. Providing exceptional support in Russian and English for inquiries and issue resolutions.
Responsibilities
Processing of telephone and written customer inquiries
Comprehensive clarification and troubleshooting of customer queries
Maintenance of customer and transaction data
Requirements
Proficiency in both spoken and written Russian, at a minimum level of C1
A minimum proficiency of B2-level in English
High customer and service orientation
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with different customer types
Good PC skills - Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with iOS and MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
Ability to work in a team
Ability to receive constructive feedback from your supervisor accordingly
Readiness to work in shifts, on weekends and public holidays
Previous experience in the similar position is a plus
Ability to work from office is obligatory.
