About the role

  • Brand Manager responsible for brand management and strategic planning for Tekpoint GmbH, an international distributor in consumer electronics. Collaborate with teams for brand optimization and market analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic brand management: Develop and implement strategies to grow and advance assigned brands within our portfolio.
  • Strategic planning: Develop long-term brand strategies based on market and target-audience analyses.
  • Communication: Coordinate all brand-related activities both internally and externally.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Controlling/Finance) and external brand partners to ensure effective cooperation.
  • Product portfolio management: Strategically plan and optimize the product portfolio.
  • Pricing and sales strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies and support the planning and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Budgeting and volume planning: Prepare forecasts and plan budgets in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Analysis and optimization: Monitor brand performance using KPIs and derive optimization measures.
  • Market analysis: Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Positioning and development: Ensure clear brand positioning and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on Consumer Electronics / Micromobility
  • Several years of experience in Category Management, Brand Development, or Brand Management, ideally in an international environment
  • Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a strong team orientation
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Confident user of MS Office and ideally experience with market analysis tools
  • Business-fluent German and English
