About the role
- Solution Architect responsible for designing integration architectures for strategic projects and continuous improvement. Collaborating with business and technical teams to align solutions with enterprise architecture standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver solution architectures for strategic projects.
- Develop high- and low-level designs for integrations between Core systems, MS Dynamics 365 Sales, and other systems using IBM WebMethods tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with enterprise architecture and integration standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and business transformation programs.
- Present solution designs to the company's Design Authority and ensure compliance with security, digital operational resilience, and regulatory standards.
- Identify opportunities for optimisation and drive best practices within the architecture team
Requirements
- 10+ years in IT with 5+ years as a Solution Architect.
- Prior experience of integration architectures (including REST API), Kubernetes & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (essential)
- Experience in hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud), ideally with Azure and M365.
- Familiarity with architecture governance, patterns, and IT standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and business domains.
- Insurance industry experience is an advantage.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, IASA).
- Technical certifications in MS Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft 365 are useful.
