Responsibilities
The Client Services Manager will join our Ticketek team based in Sydney.
This role will work closely with clients from NSW's most prestigious venues, ticketing world-class entertainment events.
Ensure each client receives a high standard of service delivery and continuity across their accounts.
Liaise directly with our clients as well as various internal departments such as marketing, web, technology and finance.
Build and maintain events within the Ticketing System as well as manage ticketing operations on event days.
On-site testing and client support during events, including management of box office staff, post event reporting, settlements, and operational feedback.
Collaborate with internal and external leads to implement marketing and promotional strategies.
Work with the State Manager and your team to innovate and provide value-added services and solutions to clients.
