About the role
- Analyst providing support to Fertilizers and Gas Chemical Units at Tecservice. Focusing on internal management processes and financial indicators with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Respond to support requests from the Fertilizers and Gas Chemical Units
- Support internal process audits within the management team
- Collection and processing of logistical and financial indicators, as well as monitoring cost trends
- Preparation of presentations and organization of corporate events (management review meetings and videoconferences)
- Creation of spreadsheets and charts and manipulation of internal data
- Identification and control of internal costs and annual financial planning
- Annual asset inventory (fixed assets inventory)
- Facilitation of monthly Management Review meetings (RACs)
- Control and planning of mandatory training for internal employees
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in related activities
- Proven ability to support internal management process planning, including actions to achieve targets and control task execution
- Solid knowledge of PDCA and 5W2H techniques
- Strong knowledge of administrative tools for processing logistical and financial indicators, as well as monitoring cost evolution
- Intermediate level of English
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Power BI
- Aptitude for preparing presentations and organizing corporate events (management review meetings and videoconferences)
- Ability to prepare spreadsheets and charts and to manipulate internal data
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP
