Sales Consultant role requiring sales and CRM knowledge to aid clients in health and fitness software. Focused on client needs and prospect relationship management.
Responsibilities
Conduct system demonstrations for prospects;
Assess the needs of prospects and clients;
Perform active prospecting for opportunities;
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to convert them into customers;
Assist prospects throughout the sales journey;
Process billing: bank slips (boleto) and credit cards;
Update information within the CRM;
Monitor area metrics and work toward meeting established targets;
Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients;
Execute tactical plans agreed with leadership, delivering on Effort, Quality, and Results objectives;
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
Comfortable with technology;
At least 1 year of experience in commercial/sales roles;
Familiarity with Inside Sales concepts and metrics;
Experience with HubSpot or other CRMs;
Excellent interpersonal communication skills — verbal and written;
Friendly and charismatic;
Passion for customer service;
Results-oriented and not satisfied with the status quo;
