About the role

  • Senior QA Analyst ensuring stability and functionality of healthcare technology solutions. Collaborating with development teams to validate applications and enhance testing processes in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand the product to be tested, both from a technical and functional perspective, defining the most appropriate test strategy.
  • Design test scenarios based on technical and functional specifications.
  • Validate functionalities after releases or deployments in the production environment.
  • Collect, document, and organize test evidence accurately.
  • Log and report defects to the development team, ensuring traceability and clarity of information.
  • Contribute to diagnosis and support problem resolution in collaboration with Development and Product teams.
  • Create, update, and maintain test data sets for test execution.
  • Manage risks and ensure product quality throughout all sprint phases.
  • Identify usability, functional, and security bugs, particularly considering critical requirements of the hospital environment.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards for the sector.
  • Interact with Product and Development teams to validate necessary adjustments or create new tests.
  • Document QA activities and prepare detailed reports each sprint.
  • Request feedback, propose continuous improvements, and support reductions in rework and operational costs.
  • Plan and execute unit tests, regression tests, exploratory tests, and automation where applicable.
  • Assist the Product Owner in defining acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor code migrations between environments and validate the integrity of deliveries.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with manual and automated testing.
  • Proficiency in test automation (frameworks, pipelines, and best practices).
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
  • Knowledge of TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).
  • Understanding of DevOps and modern quality practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid foundation in software architecture and quality engineering.
  • Database knowledge for validation and test data creation.
  • Familiarity with design patterns, especially those related to automation.
  • Experience in defect management and control (tools, prioritization, and workflow).
