Responsibilities
Coordination and support of inspections and root cause analyses for complaints, with a focus on mechatronic products
Deriving and initiating immediate and corrective actions
Identifying process- and product-specific improvements through data analysis
Monitoring the implementation of measures and evaluating their effectiveness
Technical handling and coordination of insurance claims resulting from high-severity complaints
Documenting results and preparing technical reports
Representing technical matters in interactions with customers
Requirements
Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
Initial experience in development, quality assurance, or service of mechatronic products
Initial experience in problem-solving processes, risk assessment, and risk-based decision making
Good written and spoken English skills
