About the role

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator & Developer supporting delivery teams in a part-time capacity. Responsible for designing, maintaining CRM functionality, and integrating systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery teams on a part-time basis.
  • Independently design, build, and maintain advanced CRM functionality, dashboards, reporting, automations, and system integrations.
  • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM (entities, forms, fields, views, business rules, processes, security roles).
  • Develop and optimize custom plugins, JavaScript, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
  • Manage solution packaging, deployment, versioning, and environment transitions.
  • Build and optimize native CRM reports, charts, and dashboards using standard Dynamics 365 reporting tools.
  • Develop Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards integrated with Dynamics CRM.
  • Create visually compelling KPI dashboards for sales, marketing, service, and operational teams.
  • Implement automated processes using Power Automate, CRM workflows, and custom logic.
  • Streamline business processes through scalable automation and clear system logic.
  • Integrate Dynamics CRM with internal and external applications using APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or middleware.
  • Oversee CRM administration, including user management, permissions, configuration, and environment maintenance.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement.
  • Expert-level experience customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM.
  • Strong proficiency with native CRM reporting, charting, dashboards, and advanced views.
  • Strong expertise in building Power BI datasets, models, and integrated dashboards.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, C#, plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate.
  • Experience integrating CRM with other platforms using APIs or Azure services.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and communicate clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical execution.
  • Experience with consulting or professional services delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and solution CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with ETL tools and data migration frameworks.
  • Relevant certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, MB-210, or Power BI certification.
