Responsibilities
Prospect new leads according to the predefined ICP;
Negotiate and close sales with new clients;
Map and identify new opportunities with existing clients;
Negotiate new flows with existing clients;
Conduct meetings to present and close sales;
Maintain a cadence and track the commercial process, performing follow-ups to monitor and advance prospects through the funnel, always updating the CRM;
Monitor margin percentage, volume, and absolute margin indicators for clients in the portfolio;
Monitor the account during the client's initial months to ensure the contracted volume and prevent churn;
Conduct commercial visits to present the solution and close sales.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field;
Proven experience in commercial/sales roles is essential;
Knowledge of sales techniques;
Experience managing customer portfolios/accounts;
Autonomous and hands-on;
Strong communication skills with diverse audiences;
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments;
Experience in commercial/sales within the road freight/transportation sector;
Availability to travel.
