About the role
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements.
- Develop technical designs and configure the Succession and Development module within SuccessFactors.
- Ensure end-to-end implementation, including testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation for configurations and customizations.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically the Succession and Development module.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and talent management workflows.
- Ability to perform both functional analysis and technical configuration.
- Hands-on experience in creating technical designs and implementing system changes.
