About the role

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements.
  • Develop technical designs and configure the Succession and Development module within SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure end-to-end implementation, including testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation for configurations and customizations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically the Succession and Development module.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and talent management workflows.
  • Ability to perform both functional analysis and technical configuration.
  • Hands-on experience in creating technical designs and implementing system changes.
