About the role
- SAP Project Manager leading multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and execute projects within defined scope and budget in Brazil. Ensuring project alignment with client needs and SAP governance best practices.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate SAP projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, resources, and costs
- Monitor project schedules
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring appropriate mitigation and efficient communication with stakeholders
- Lead functional and technical teams, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, SAP Activate, among others) and SAP governance
- Monitor project progress and report status periodically to clients and executive management
- Interact with internal and external clients, ensuring alignment of expectations and quality in solution delivery
- Control budget, schedule, and resource allocation for projects under your management
- Support the definition of strategies for the evolution and continuous improvement of SAP processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SAP project management, with involvement across different modules and in implementation, support, or rollout initiatives
- Knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies applied to SAP projects
- Experience in risk, scope, change, and quality management for projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, SAP Solution Manager, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields
- Advanced English
- Certifications (Desired): SAP Activate Project Manager. Additional advantages: PMP (Project Management Professional); CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) – PMI.
