About the role
- Sub-project leader for SAP FI in the roll-out phase of SAP S/4 Hana in Europe. Involves gap analysis, training, test coordination, and integration activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform Fit/Gap-analysis together with regional process owners to identify gaps due to legal or local tax requirements.
- Coordination and operational integration of all relevant systemic and organizational interfaces
- Creation of test cases and perform first UATs independently and coordinate tests within the Finance organization.
- Perform training sessions within the locations to improve the knowledge and capabilities of local key user.
- Conduct migration activities and validation
- Establishment of expert networks within the respective region
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as SAP FI Key User (or similar role)
- Relevant professional experience as Accounting specialist or Finance Specialist of at least 5 years
- Solid understanding of cross-functional processes incl. the respective implementation in SAP systems
- Ability to multi-task several projects/initiatives simultaneously
- Business fluent speaking and writing skills in English are essential
- Higher education in finance area
- Availability for occasional business travels within Europe (about 3 times per year)
