About the role

  • Operations Specialist at TeamViewer providing operational coordination for hardware logistics and professional services. Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality customer experience in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Supports global delivery execution by providing day-to-day operational coordination across hardware logistics and professional services operations
  • Provides support for project governance, Frontline hardware order fulfillment, Frontline licensing
  • Partners cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Sales, Solution Engineering, and other back-office teams
  • Continuously reviews and improves processes and procedures, applies a “work smarter” mindset through automation and operational efficiency
  • Helps ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience
  • Coordinates end-to-end hardware order fulfillment operations by creating POs
  • Monitors and updates the software installation requirements for hardware per customer requirement
  • Participates in inventory exercises, supports compliance documentation required by customs
  • Addresses sales, procurement, and customer concerns regarding hardware logistics
  • Participates in discussions to drive solutions and continuously improve processes
  • Drives a “work smarter” mindset by identifying opportunities for automation and self-service

Requirements

  • Proven experience in problem-solving roles supporting internal customers and vendors
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Intermediate skills in Outlook, Word, Excel – basic skills in PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with creating, updating, and supporting online ticket queues
  • Essential for liaising with stakeholders and team members
  • Important for managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and order documentation
  • Ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Capable of working in a team individually and across multiple time zones
