About the role
- Recruiting Specialist managing the recruitment process and supporting HR tasks at Zurich Group's subsidiary in Germany. Ensuring a positive candidate experience and handling applicant management efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage recruitment for sales and service employees
- End-to-end applicant management using an intuitive ATS (Softgarden) and close coordination with hiring managers (pre-screening, interviews)
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and support onboarding
- Assist with time tracking (Peopleware/Injixo)
- Support maintenance of employee master data and preparation of interim and final employment references
- General HR day-to-day tasks and employee support
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with an HR focus
- Several years of experience in HR
- Several years of recruiting experience, ideally in a sales or telesales environment with higher hiring volumes
- Experience with HR systems, ideally the time management system Peopleware
- Structured, independent, discreet and reliable working style
