Responsibilities
Independently manage recruitment for sales and service employees
End-to-end applicant management using an intuitive ATS (Softgarden) and close coordination with hiring managers (pre-screening, interviews)
Ensure a positive candidate experience and support onboarding
Assist with time tracking (Peopleware/Injixo)
Support maintenance of employee master data and preparation of interim and final employment references
General HR day-to-day tasks and employee support
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or a degree with an HR focus
Several years of experience in HR
Several years of recruiting experience, ideally in a sales or telesales environment with higher hiring volumes
Experience with HR systems, ideally the time management system Peopleware
Structured, independent, discreet and reliable working style
