Responsibilities
- Work with various stakeholders to elicit and document technical requirements and take them to end to end execution
- Work independently as the senior or lead business analyst and coaches and guides members within area of expertise
- Lead the Requirements Management for moderate to high complexity/risk initiatives
- Ensure vendor solutions meet contractual, regulatory and business expectations
- Effectively communicate with Senior business stakeholders, Product owners and leadership
- Act as primary liaison between internal teams and vendors
- Support testing and quality control of all changes, including execution of automated testing and building test cases for manual testing.
Requirements
- 7+ years of previous Business System Analyst experience
- Strong understanding of programming languages – Java, Gosu, SQL scripting
- Expertise in Excel
- Experience with insurance policy management systems or rating engines preferred
- Good understanding of personal lines insurance products and pricing.
- Understanding of Agile methodology and previous experience working in an Agile environment preferred.

- Excellent math skills; Mathematics or Actuarial Science degree would be an asset.
