About the role

  • Operations Officer II providing operational support and transaction processing for TD's Personal & Commercial Banking sector. Collaborating with partners to ensure service quality and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a broad range of operational support and perform general to specialized transactions
  • Communicate with partners in a professional manner
  • Execute transactions accurately and on time
  • Support partners with incoming transactions, validating information as needed
  • Investigate and escalate non-standard activities when appropriate
  • Participate fully as a member of the team, contribute to a positive work environment

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree/college diploma preferred and/or 1+ year relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of customers/partners needs
  • Knowledge of TD products and processes in order to execute transactions accurately
  • Must exercise discretion in managing correspondence and information
  • Ability to comply with internal and industry regulations
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices
