Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Consumer Lending businesses
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with internal and external marketing partners
  • Analyze campaign results to inform strategies
  • Participate in sprint reviews and quarterly PI planning sessions
  • Independently manage end-to-end functional programs
  • Convey complex concepts clearly to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent relevant experience
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing
  • Credit Card Marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
  • Experience developing and managing marketing campaign strategy
  • Knowledge of competitive landscape and market factors
  • Ability to lead projects of significant complexity
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Budget management experience
