Responsibilities
Positioning TCC in the market and developing a clear brand strategy
Independent and responsible project work in operational marketing
Creation and maintenance of marketing materials, presentations, and sales collateral
Content creation for the website and social media
Content planning and 360° activation across all relevant channels (website, social media, events)
Implementation of integrated campaigns (digital, offline, conferences)
Organization and execution of trade shows and conferences, including conception and logistical planning of symposia in close coordination with C‑level
Management and coordination of external partners such as agencies, exhibition contractors, and service providers
Creation of thought-leadership content for professional audiences and industry media
Analysis of market trends and development of growth strategies
Monitoring and optimization of marketing KPIs
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a comparable qualification
5–10 years of professional experience in strategic and operational marketing or on the agency side
Practical marketing experience, ideally in a start‑up/scale‑up or in the MedTech/healthcare sector
Affinity for digital marketing channels
Strong interest in technology, innovation, and the healthcare market
Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
Creative, structured, and proactive working style
Confident use of common marketing tools
Team player with strong communication skills and willingness to learn
