About the role

  • Oracle SCM Consultant responsible for Oracle Fusion SCM implementations and client relationship management. Involves requirements gathering, solution recommendation, and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements, analyze gaps, and recommend SCM solutions.
  • Support Oracle Fusion SCM implementations (design, configuration, testing, go-live).
  • Configure key SCM modules: Inventory, Order Management, PIM, Supply Chain Orchestration, and Procurement.
  • Deliver user training and prepare process documentation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and manage client relationships.
