About the role

  • Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules as an Assistant Manager based in Makati. Managing project timelines and providing guidance to a team of functional consultants.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Fusion Financial modules
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation
  • Conduct requirement analysis sessions with business stakeholders and recommend best practices
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of functional consultants
  • Ensure documentation such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and user training materials are created and maintained
  • Create solutions for a process area independently in a client-facing environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred
  • 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial modules
  • Proven experience in leading at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financial implementations
  • Proven experience in designing Integrations to/From Oracle Cloud From/To 3rd party systems like Salesforce, Zuora, Bank, RevPro etc.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
