About the role
- Senior Lawyer managing legal issues in labor, civil, tax, and criminal law at TAM Aviação Executiva. Requires experience in contractual law and OAB registration with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
- Manage litigation portfolios in the labor, civil, tax, and criminal law areas;
- Provide legal advisory services related to the areas above;
- Liaise with external law firms, monitoring deadlines, quality, and litigation strategies;
- Review legal pleadings and documents and support the definition of the best defense/representation strategy;
- Prepare reports and dashboards with litigation metrics and indicators;
- Conduct and monitor legal circularizations (legal confirmations/notifications);
- Analyze public notices (tenders) and provide support in public procurement/bidding processes;
- Advise and support internal departments with legal guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent);
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite;
- Experience in Contract Law and labor and civil litigation;
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
