- Root cause analysis for identified defects, working closely with developers to provide detailed information and support defect resolution
- Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing
- Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations, and actively contribute to the organization's technology communities
Requirements
- Experience in delivering end-to-end manual and automated testing solutions in complex environments, with emphasis on developing scalable automation frameworks and strategies
- Working proficiency in Java for test automation development, including experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle
- Knowledge of commonly used test automation frameworks (Selenium, RestAssured, TestNg, ...)
- Hands-on experience with continuous integration ecosystems such as TeamCity, Jenkins, or GitLab CI, alongside solid knowledge of Git
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, risk-based testing, test optimisation, and best practices for enterprise-grade automation
- Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
- Experience with relational databases, including data validation and test data design.
- Familiarity with performance testing frameworks is an advantage
