Responsibilities
To design, develop, and execute testing strategies to validate functionality, performance, and user experience
Development and implementation of comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate software functionality and ensure compliance with established quality standards

Requirements
Experience in delivering end-to-end manual and automated testing solutions in complex environments, with emphasis on developing scalable automation frameworks and strategies
Working proficiency in Java for test automation development, including experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle
Knowledge of commonly used test automation frameworks (Selenium, RestAssured, TestNg, ...)
Hands-on experience with continuous integration ecosystems such as TeamCity, Jenkins, or GitLab CI, alongside solid knowledge of Git
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, risk-based testing, test optimisation, and best practices for enterprise-grade automation
Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and lead knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.
Experience with relational databases, including data validation and test data design.
Familiarity with performance testing frameworks is an advantage
