About the role
- Test Engineer supporting verification and validation activities for EPS-Sterna Ground Segment. Preparing and executing test campaigns, analysing test data, and identifying automation opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Perform preparation of test activities, organise test campaigns and execute tests for the EPS-Sterna Ground Segment and System
- Contribute organisation of TRR/TRBs for the tests assigned to him/her as necessary
- Prepare test documentation, i.e. specifications, procedures, reports as necessary
- Prepare system and ground segment test tools and test data for the tests assigned to him/her for execution, as necessary
- Contribute to the functional and non-functional verification, system performances verification and system validation
- Seek for automation opportunities for the test execution and support their implementation as necessary.
- Contribute to the Verification Control Databases
Requirements
- Proven experience in the field of IV&V engineering for complex LEO satellite missions
- Proven experience in test planning, execution and reporting
- Experience in testing of payload data processing systems is an advantage
- Experience in test data usage and manipulation for the payload data processing tests is an advantage
- Experience in using DOORS is an advantage
- Experience in working under time pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience in working in a multi-disciplined team.
