About the role

  • Customer Service Specialist working for Pyszne.pl, handling customer inquiries through various channels. Ensuring a seamless experience from order to delivery with a focus on user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating via phone, email, and chat
  • Solving issues ranging from missing deliveries to payment errors
  • Verifying and correctly entering customer data into the system
  • Managing orders placed on JET to ensure they reach our restaurant partners without complications
  • Collaborating with your team, staying motivated, and maintaining regular contact with your leader

Requirements

  • You enjoy customer interactions and have experience in this area
  • You’re available for full-time work, including weekends (Our Customer Service employees work 8-hour shifts, including four weekend days)
  • You have patience and empathy, making conversations with difficult customers a breeze
  • Your English and Dutch skills allow you to communicate effectively with international customers (minimum level B2/C1)
