About the role

Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for planning, implementing, operating, and further developing modern IT systems and infrastructures
- Ensuring high availability, performance, and security of the system landscape
- Analyzing and permanently resolving complex incidents in 2nd- and 3rd-level support
- Technical leadership and hands-on participation in demanding IT projects (e.g., migrations, system modernizations, automation)
- Developing and maintaining technical concepts, documentation, and operational processes
- Providing technical support and closely collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners
Requirements
- Completed IT education (EFZ, HF, FH or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience as a System Engineer, ideally in a senior role
- Very good knowledge of relevant technologies such as Windows, virtualization, networking, cloud, and storage solutions
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, backup, and security solutions is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style with a strong solution orientation
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken); English skills are an advantage
