About the role

  • IT System Integration apprentice responsible for planning IT systems and supporting installations. Collaborating with departments and ensuring effective documentation and system maintenance in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Planning: Assisting with the planning and design of IT systems
  • Installation: Assembling, networking and commissioning hardware and software solutions
  • Consulting: Supporting internal departments in the selection and use of IT systems
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining system documentation
  • Support: Analyzing and resolving faults using diagnostic tools and working in first- and second-level support
  • Further development: Maintaining, servicing and adapting existing systems to meet new requirements

Requirements

  • School qualifications: Realschulabschluss, Fachhochschulreife or general university entrance qualification (Abitur) — equivalent qualifications are acceptable
  • Interest: Enthusiasm for IT, networks and modern technologies
  • Skills: Technical understanding, logical thinking and a structured approach to work
  • Personal qualities: Enjoyment of problem solving, good communication skills, team spirit and organizational talent
  • Motivation: Self-initiative, willingness to learn and a strong sense of responsibility
