Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and corporate resolutions.
Support the legal team with contract lifecycle management, including tracking execution, renewals, and terminations.
Assisting in governance related matters, including drafting board resolutions, managing corporate records, and ensuring compliance with company bylaws.
Conduct legal research and summarize findings on relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements along with providing support in relation to regulatory filings.
Maintain legal files, databases, and documentation in an organized and secure manner.
Liaise with external legal counsel and government agencies as required.
Monitor and track changes in local laws and regulations that may impact the business.
Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
Provide general administrative support to the legal department.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
Minimum of 1–2 years of legal experience in the UAE
Solid understanding of the UAE laws and regulatory landscape.
Familiarity with contract management software or legal tech tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proactive, resourceful, and a team player with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
