About the role

  • Executive Assistant supporting Group COO and international management team with organizational tasks. Responsible for coordination, communication, and administrative support in a dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and events
  • Maintain a clear overview even during demanding day-to-day operations
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Executive Committee and international subsidiaries

Requirements

  • Professional experience: Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, or Team Assistant, ideally in an international corporate environment
  • Organizational skills: Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with a high degree of structure and reliability
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a confident manner when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Language skills: Excellent written and spoken English; German is an advantage
  • IT & systems skills: Proficient in MS Office; ideally experience with SAP and digital HR and travel tools
  • Work style: Structured, proactive, and discreet, with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Personal qualities: Strong service orientation, flexibility, and pronounced team spirit
  • Resilience & composure: Professional handling of confidential information and the ability to stay composed in a dynamic environment
