Responsibilities

  • Drive the marketing strategy and execution for the Guitar Center credit portfolio
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver measurable growth
  • Manage a direct report and partner cross-functionally
  • Shape the card’s value proposition and lead new business development efforts
  • Monitor and manage performance of credit and marketing metrics vs. plan

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or high school diploma and 10 years of marketing experience in credit card or financial services industries
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including 2 years of managerial responsibility
  • 2 years of demonstrated growth marketing leadership skills
  • 2 years of experience with digital channels (online and mobile)
  • Ability to travel as needed; ~20%
