About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support to drive profitable growth and expansion in the Dental industry
- Support business KPI design and measurement
- Develop methodologies and execute analyses that evaluate the incremental net benefit of the partnership
- Partner with the Dental teams in Client Development and Marketing to make recommendations for optimizing program growth
- Present complex analytical information to all level of audiences in a clear and concise manner through effective storytelling
- Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR in lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of progressive experience working with marketing and/or business analytics in the financial services
- 3+ years’ experience analyzing data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions
- 3+ years’ experience with SAS, SQL and Tableau
- 3+ years’ experience working on tasks or projects with cross functional partners such as Marketing and Sales
- Strong knowledge of and high proficiency in analytics tools like SAS, R, Python, & Tableau
- Good understanding of multi product, cross channel attribution analyses
