- Unterstützung der Klienten bei der Teilhabe an sozialen Aktivitäten & am Arbeitsleben
- Durchführung von Behandlungspflegen & aktivierenden Grundpflegen nach unseren Pflege- & Expertenstandards
- Erstellung & Aktualisierung der Pflegeplanung für eine bedürfnisorientierte & optimale Versorgung unserer Klienten
- Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität & Zufriedenheit unserer Klienten
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft (Gesundheits-& Krankenpfleger, Altenpfleger oder Krankenschwester)
- Freude am verantwortungsvollen & selbständigen Arbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit & Empathie sind Deine Stärken
- Bereitschaft zur Schicht- & Wochenendarbeit
- Wünschenswert: Führerschein der Klasse B
