About the role

  • As AVP, Marketing Preference Center, you'll support Preference Center leadership and manage marketing platform integrations. Ensure optimal consumer preference experience within Synchrony's marketing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Marketing Preference Product Owner
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external partners
  • Establish and implement platform KPI's and conduct analysis of performance trends
  • Optimize consumers’ preference experience
  • Serve as Data Steward for all data associated with the Preference Center

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of degree, high school diploma/GED and 8+ years experience
  • 3+ years hands-on experience within Preference Management platforms and tools
  • 3+ years' experience in platform, product analytics or site/web analytics
  • 3+ years' experience as business analyst
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business
