About the role

  • Oracle Procurement & Receiving Lead optimizing procurement processes at Switch, managing Oracle Fusion and supplier collaboration. Overseeing compliance and training to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Receiving and Procurement processes.
  • Oversee inspections and 3-way match compliance.
  • Integrate procurement with inventory, payables, and logistics.
  • Manage supplier collaboration on delivery schedules and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, customs, and trade regulations.
  • Partner with Accounting to resolve exceptions in 3-way match processes.
  • Provide training and process documentation for end users.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years procurement/receiving experience
  • Oracle Fusion Procurement expertise
  • Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business
  • CPSM or CSCP certification a plus.
