- Experience with SaaS Platforms: Multi-tenant, high-availability systems
- Knowledge in System Design: Java/Spring MVC and distributed systems
- Understanding of Security: Zero Trust principles, authentication & network security
- Proficiency in Integrations: REST, SOAP, event-driven patterns
- Familiarity with DevSecOps: CI/CD, IaC, cloud automation, resilient infrastructure
- Ability in Architecture Modelling: Technical specs, design documentation
- Experience in Team Leadership: Coaching multicultural engineering teams
