- Participate in Design & Code reviews and effectively engage in Review sessions

- Provides hands-on solving and consulting for solution challenges when needed
- Follow standard methodologies for building, testing, and deploying of applications
- Contribute to Swiss Re's healthy and transparent risk culture where everyone engages in continuous risk accountability activities
- Hands-on software development for our product solutions, as part of a cross-functional team, under the guidance of the Engineering Lead
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting whenever needed
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering software applications
- Front end - Angular, TypeScript, Node, JavaScript
- Back End : Node.js, Java and spring boot
- Databases (e.g. Mongo DB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience with solutions hosted on Azure Cloud and understanding of Azure stack
- Experience in one or more web/application servers
- Experience in using integrated development environments
- Exposure to Azure DevOps (Repo, Pipeline, CICD)
- Experience in agile software engineering practices with strong fundamentals
- Experienced in supporting application in an operational environment and aligning with business cycles
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Equivalent
