About the role
- Operations Expert managing client portfolios on the SwiftRe platform for a global reinsurance leader. Focused on operational excellence, automation, and process improvements within the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage core portfolio comprising Single Fac risks via SwiftRe Platform and Fac Facilities via Fac Portal
- Drive automation to support business growth and deliver differentiated experiences to our clients
- Analyze data with keen attention to detail to inform decision-making
- Oversee end-to-end processes including monitoring outstanding statements, managing cash flow, and creating client delight
- Ensure data quality by confirming clients submit timely and quality data as per contractual agreements
- Support clients in administering contracts and processing statements on the SwiftRe portal when needed
- Coordinate technical and financial accounting issues across diverse market accounting teams
- Provide administration support regarding tools, processes, and record management
- Train clients regularly to update their knowledge on SwiftRe's accounting and payment processes
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional and Underwriting teams
- Identify opportunities for simplification and support process improvements
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing and reporting
- Execute Operations strategy aligned with Data Quality, Governance, and Risk Management requirements
- Support global automation and client differentiation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- 7-8 years of work experience, preferably working across diverse business functions
- Strong analytical skills, including Advanced Excel (Macros, Power BI)
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills with proficient speaking knowledge of either French or Spanish
