Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Informatics, Mathematics, Economics, or similar technical/analytical field (Technical University graduates welcome).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work with different stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn, try new things, and take ownership of tasks.
- Internship or junior experience in operations, finance, SSC, or process improvement (nice to have).
- Exposure to tools such as PowerBI, SQL, lowcode platforms, or simple automation technologies (nice to have).
- Familiarity with AIsupported tools or workflow systems (nice to have).
