Requirements
- Previous experience with business analysis, requirements engineering, and software quality assurance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work with tight deadlines and adapt priorities as organizational objectives evolve
- Experience presenting applications and demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and collaboration tools like Azure DevOps and Confluence
- Educational background in quantitative field (e.g. mathematics) (nice to haves)
- Experience in the Re-/Insurance industry (nice to haves)
- Hands-on experience with software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes (nice to haves)
