About the role
- Compliance Data Analyst leveraging data and AI to enhance compliance solutions. Develop and maintain analytics solutions while collaborating across teams in a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Compliance-specific analytics solutions using our advanced data analytics platform
- Contribute to enhancement and testing of digital Compliance tools and dashboards
- Prepare, model, and visualize data to support effective monitoring of key Compliance risks
- Collaborate with colleagues and partners to ensure data quality and alignment
- Explore, test and implement AI solutions to advance Compliance, ensuring appropriate quality
- Design and refine prompts, workflows, and prototypes using available AI capabilities
- Partner with IT and analytics teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Proven experience and strong interest in data analytics (working with data, visualizations, SQL or Python)
- Basic understanding of AI concepts (how large language models work, prompt design fundamentals, hands-on experience)
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in English
- Demonstrable ability to work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision
- Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities
- Curious nature with desire to learn and deep dive into complex topics
- High-level understanding of Compliance or related fields (risk management, audit) (nice to have)
- Experience with data visualization tools and dashboards (nice to have)
