Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to generate insights and support business decisions across the Capital Markets business unit.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics.
- Work with Salesforce and other data sources to ensure accurate and efficient data flows into analytics platforms.
- Ensure data integrity by conducting regular data validation, reconciliation, and cleaning processes.
- Partner with stakeholders from Product Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Leadership teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
- Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline reporting processes and improve data accessibility.
- Perform deep-dive analyses on financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a data analytics role
- Proficiency in DOMO or other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for building and maintaining data-facing web interfaces and interactive reports.
- Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Proactive approach to identifying data issues and proposing solutions.
