About the role

  • Manager overseeing operational planning and teamwork to meet Desjardins' strategic goals. Ensuring alignment with service offers and administering performance management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the immediate supervisor by assisting with work organization, operational planning, and special initiatives
  • Develop, implement and track the unit’s action plan, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic directions and other administrative units within a performance management framework
  • Establish management and communication practices that support change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, employee engagement, and diversity in accordance with Desjardins’ values
  • Define and ensure execution of activities related to the unit’s services and carry projects to completion to maximize targeted business results and ensure member and client satisfaction
  • Support the administrative unit’s action plan by effectively managing individual and team performance
  • Continuously improve the management of processes under your responsibility
  • Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values
  • Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum of nine years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
  • Advanced proficiency in English due to the nature of the duties, work tools, or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
