About the role
- Product Manager in charge of payment solutions for European SMBs, developing high-impact solutions in a fintech environment. Collaborating with teams and external partners to enhance payment experiences.
Responsibilities
- Leads the strategy and roadmap for a key area of our payment banking product.
- Develops scalable, high-impact solutions within our payment platform by collaborating with clients, internal teams, and financial providers.
- Evaluates evolving specifications and translates them into thoughtful product capabilities.
- Focus on enhancing the merchant experience and payment adoption, introducing new payment methods for online and in-store transactions, launching innovative value-added services for merchants.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management with end-to-end lifecycle management from discovery to release, or relevant experience as an operations/technical account manager in the Fintech/neo-banking industry.
- Knowledge of the payments industry is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and can quickly become a subject matter expert in complex products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, thrive in international teams.
- Ability to adapt well to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
